You can return eligible items within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are subject to inspection and approval and custom orders are final sale. To start a return, call us at (514) 365-5555 to schedule an inspection at our LaSalle warehouse.

How do I install the panels?
Our panels are easy to install and can be mounted using adhesive glue, nails, or screws—depending on the type and surface. Installation instructions for each product can be found on our YouTube channel. While we don't offer professional installation services ourselves, we have a network of trusted installers we can refer you to upon request.
Can you cut my panels for me?
Yes, we offer up to three straight cuts per panel for $15 each. Cuts are done on-site after payment. Just provide your measurements when placing your order.
What material are the panels?
Our panels are made from high-quality plastic composites. These materials are non-toxic, lightweight, highly durable with moderate resistance to heat.
Are the panels suitable for use in showers?
Yes, our PVC panels are water-resistant and recommended for use inside showers. Just make sure they are installed correctly with proper sealing to prevent water from getting behind the panels.

Our products are manufactured in China, where we work closely with trusted partners to ensure high quality, consistency, and modern design in every piece.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free pick-up from our LaSalle warehouse, with orders ready in 1–2 business days. Local delivery within Montreal is available for a flat fee of $150 and is curbside only. For deliveries outside Montreal, please contact us for a quote. We do not ship through third-party couriers.
